Payments.
Working with SW, you will be self-employed. Therefore, you’ll be receiving a 1099 tax form at the end of the year. SW does not withhold any taxes. Because our independent contract drivers are self-employed, benefits are not offered, and we do not provide
pay stubs, employment verification letters, or workers comp.
Payments are deposited via direct deposit on Mondays from SWT. To start this process, a signed W 9 form, account number, and routing number is required. Each week’s payment will be deposited 1 week after that work week is completed.
For example: If you work from Day 1 - Day 7, you will be paid on Day 14. If you work from Day 8 - Day 14, you will be paid on Day 21.
SW will offer the Everdriven LLC routes ahead of time, with all details included, like distance, mileage, equipment needed, etc. You have the choice to negotiate and accept or pass on the opportunity. The base commission is 12.50% but fluctuates with every ride depending on the agreement between SW and the contractor.
Payment statements and reports are emailed to our independent contract drivers every Thursday. This indicates missing or not-serviced trips. There is an option to receive these reports less often, but it is the contractor’s responsibility to check the weekly reports to avoid missing rides, which could lead to missing a payment. To avoid any missing payments, we advise all independent contract drivers to keep track of their trips and be sure to close and finish every trip on the APP. Any missing must be reported to Everdriven LLC as soon as possible so they can help find a solution.
